The employees of Green Tech Transfer & Recycling have combined past recycling experience of over 115 years. We are very proud to be able to contribute to the environment.




Belinda Morris

   Belinda has over 25 years experience in the recycling industry both working for, and as an owner of, recycling based companies. Her interests also extend to brownfields development with a passion for acquiring contaminated properties, remediation of the property, and redevelopment. Belinda has been listed as “Women on the Move” through the National Brownfields Association and is the winner of the Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence in Recycling and Reuse.

Mike Morris

   Mike has over 35 years experience in the recycling and scrap industries and is fifth generation in this industry. His expertise and experience is vast and is a tremendous asset to Green Tech Recycling especially in the deconstruction and reuse of materials and the implementation of new recycling endeavors.

Amanda Morris

   Amanda graduated from Ball State University with degrees in merchandising and marketing. She assists in the marketing of the company and also with logo and promotional designs, and is responsible for marketing in central Indiana. Amanda is also a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.

Kevin Overmyer - Sales

   Kevin has been in the waste and recycling business for 26 years, with the past 5 years in sales with Industrial Disposal. With the opening of Green Tech Park, Kevin was inspired by the opportunity for business and industry to take advantage of this service. He hopes to help make a difference in the amount of waste taken to landfills.

Sheila Annable - Chief of Staff

   Sheila joined Green Tech Transfer & Recycling LLC with over 15 years of healthcare management experience. She began in the metal recycling division in 2006, and now is the assistant to the owners as well as manages Industrial Disposal’s operations. Though she enjoyed the healthcare industry, Sheila was ready for a change and Green Tech’s philosophy and vision to help the earth as well as the community was a great fit for her ideals.

Mark Jessie

   Mark Jessie has been involved in the waste and disposal industry for 20 years. Originally hired as a truck driver, Mark learned about the business so quickly that he was promoted to his current title. Mark has such an extensive knowledge of the daily business operations as well as the waste and disposal industry, that he is Green Tech’s “go-to-guy,” ensuring many more years of dedicated service.

Julie Whitt - Office Manager

   Born in and now raising her own family in South Bend, Julie Whitt has been with Green Tech Transfer & Recycling LLC since July of 2007. She has an Indiana University Bachelor of Science degree in business with majors in accounting and advertising/marketing. After 14 years experience in the manufacturing business as purchasing agent, office manager and operations manager, Julie was excited to join the green team to learn the recycling industry as well as encourage its benefits in her community.

Jenny Phillips

   Jenny Phillips is our scale operator and comes to Green tech from the Healthcare arena. She said she was “Burned out” and looking for something new and exciting to do. When she heard what Green Tech was all about, her first response was “that’s sounds so cool, are you hiring?” Jenny is the first person you will hear when you call Green Tech and will always great you with a smile. She is a great addition to Green tech.

Bob Heslop - General Manager

   Bob joined Green Tech Transfer and Recycling, LLC in May 2008. Born and educated in Canada, Bob has a 30 plus year history of business management successes within the recycling industry. He started out in secondary aluminum smelting in Toronto, Ontario with Metals and Alloys. He managed divisions in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Montreal before leaving to head a new automobile shredding operation in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Bob moved to the South Bend area in 1993 to establish an aluminum smelting facility for a large scrap metal processor and became operations manager of their local division. Recycling has been the principal theme in Bob’s career and moving on to Green Tech provided a very natural transition to the highest level of recycling obtainable.

Ferro The Dog

   Head of Security for Green Tech Recycling. Ferro has been employed for over one year and has vast experience in security and in the collection of empty water bottles for recycling mainly as recycled dog toys.

Cody The Wonder Dog

   Head of Resources, both human and otherwise. He is a very good listener and enjoys greeting all parties that visit the facility. He has been an integral part in the planning of Green Tech Recycling and has been a sounding board for all types of projects.
